Sentinel-1 SAR detects a flooded road. Sentinel-2 sees a clinic offline. Or a CHW reports a high-risk pregnancy. The system identifies the catchment area at risk.
The platform looks at GPS pings from all enrolled midwives, filters for availability and scope (basic vs. emergency obstetric care), and ranks the best match by travel time — not straight-line distance.
The midwife gets an SMS and an app notification with patient location, alt-route map if floods are present, and the woman's known clinical history if she's in the system. They confirm with one tap.
If the midwife needs transport (motorbike, boat, NURTW partner driver), the platform calls a pre-approved vehicle. Patient family gets ETA updates. Outcome logged for the model.
